Camera Operated in New Orleans on Travel Channel's new show "Hidden City," which follows crime writer Marcus Sakey as he explores some of the city's darker sides. We shot in some interesting places and met with some polarizing people. Below is a shot I took on Canal and Bourbon.

One person in particular that really struck me was Malik Rahim, co-founder of Common Ground. When asked what his thoughts were regarding a specific murderer who killed numerous "innocent people" in the 70's, he replied (and I paraphrase): "as long as there are kids riding around in SUV's partying, while other kids on the streets are struggling to eat, there are no innocent people." Food for thought.

I went up to San Francisco to shoot final elements for the upcoming documentary "Freedom." This particular shoot covered the alternative fuel company "Propel," who runs biodiesel and FlexFuel (E85) through their gas pumps. San Francisco-based digital media publisher Future US hired me to shoot a series of segments for their Sony Playstation Qore campaign. With the popular E3 Convention as our backdrop, we shot at Notion Studios on Hope St., whose variety of cycs and flats enabled us to capture a wide range of looks. The spots featured on-screen gaming femmes Veronica Belmont and Audrey Clio, as well as some of the world's top gaming developers and producers. The finished segments will stream on Playstation devices around the world.
